姜毓君
姜毓君 国家乳业工程技术研究中心副主任,东北农业大学食品学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事乳品安全与功能乳品研究,先后主持国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金等课题十余项。获得国家发明专利授权8项,出版专著和教材8部,发表学术论文60余篇。多次在世界乳业大会、美国乳品科学年会等做学术报告并展示成果海报。兼任国际乳品联合会专家委员会专家、美国乳品科学学会会员、国家食品药品监督管理总局保健食品审评专家、乳业技术创新战略联盟副秘书长、中国乳制品工业协会理事等。
Dr. Yujun Jiang, Professor of College of Food Sciences, Northeast Agricultural University, is Deputy Director of National Research Center of Dairy Engineering and Technology. Focus on Dairy Food Safety, he is lead scientist of project such as National High Technology Program, National Key Technology R&D Program and National Natural Science Founds, which are from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. Dr. Jiang has 8 authorized China National invention patent, published 8 books and more than 60 papers. As an expert of International Dairy Federation (IDF), he has made oral presentations and posters in International Dairy Federation World Dairy Summit and Annual meeting of American Dairy Science Association. Dr. Jiang is the workgroup leader of Examination Rules for Production License of Infant Formula, which is an important new regulation issued by China Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Jiang is also Expert of China Food and Drug Administration for Functional Food Evaluation, member of American Dairy Science Association and Director of China Dairy Industry Association.
